Central location handy to shops, cafes, first class 18 hole golf course and boat launching facilities, 700 metres to boat ramp. Has a flat 800 sq. m. site for ample off street car and boat parking. This property would suit two families or a large group of friends planning a golfing, fishing, walking or cycling holiday.
